MATLAB(R) Chemometrics Toolbox is a collection of functions fordeveloping and evaluating the calibration matrices used in chemometricquantitative analysis. The Toolbox may be used with any type of chemicalor physical data.Common applications include spectroscopy, chromatography,electrochemistry, and wet chemistry. The package provides MultipleLinear Regression routines for producing K-, P-, and Q-matrixcalibrations and for establishing calibrations using Factor Analysis(Principal Component Regression) and Partial Least Squares in latentvariables. The toolbox consists of routines that implement variousstatistically-based calibration methods that are accepted standardchemometric techniques.Chemometrics Toolbox is delivered as MATLAB M-files, enabling users tosee the algorithms and implementations, as well as to make changes orcreate new functions to address a particular application.
